Monthly rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Every site is paved and back-in, with full hookups: 30/50-amp power (50-amp is $25/month extra), water and sewer.
How to move in
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes; the application fee is $60 ($90 for 2 adults).
- Send your RV details. Long-term guests show ID and send photos of all 4 sides of the RV. RVs must be model year 2008 or newer.
- Get approved. No deposit, and we usually approve applications within an hour.
- Move in and relax.

Good to know
- Up to 2 pets stay free; each additional pet is $25. Pets stay on a leash, and please clean up after them.
- Paved roads and pads, plenty of grass to walk your dog.
- Security cameras around the park.
