Travel time and Location are important! We are the closest RV Park to downtown Melissa and most other major events and destinations up north.

Shade

Don't you hate parks that have NO SHADE? We did our best to conserve the nature around us and you'll notice once 5 pm hits and that shade covers your RV. YAY! (Not all sites have the same shade)

Security

We installed security cameras all around. We actively monitor the park to ensure the safety of all our guests and their belongings.
