Everyday rules
- Be a kind and courteous neighbor, please.
- Quiet time is 9:00PM – 8:00AM.
- Maximum 2 cars per site.
- Please pick up after yourself and keep your site tidy.
- Sign the Terms of Service before you check in.
Pets
- Maximum 2 pets per site.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times.
- Please pick up after your pet.
Septic system
We’re on a septic system. No wet wipes, “flushable” wipes or trash down the toilet.
Trash
- No hazardous materials.
- No furniture or items that don’t fit in the bin.
- Fees will be charged for rule breakers.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in12:00PM – 8:00PMLate check-ins after 8PM: $10 fee
Check-out11:00AMLate check-outs: $20 fee
Payments and cancellations
- All payments are digital, through your online reservation: debit or credit card, or ACH bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks.
- Cancellations: a 30% fee of your total reservation, no exceptions.
- No refund if you check in and then check out early for any reason.
